Light refreshments will be available.
This Free Seminar Will Cover:
- Understanding the different forms of elder abuse (physical, emotional, financial, and neglect)
- Warning signs and risk factors
- How to safely report concerns and access local resources
- Strategies for protecting vulnerable older adults
Together with CASC, we are working to raise awareness, strengthen prevention efforts, and ensure that every older adult is treated with dignity, safety, and respect.
This seminar is partially funded by New York State Office for the Aging and Lifespan of Greater Rochester. Any opinions, results, findings, and/or interpretations of data are the responsibility of CASC and do not necessarily represent the opinions, interpretations, or policy of the State of New York or Lifespan.
CASC funding is primarily provided through NYC Aging, NYS Office of Victim Services, NYC Council & Office of the Borough President of SI.
